Blue Vector Expands Its Channel Focus with New VP of Alliances

Ed Wodarski to grow Blue Vector’s partnerships and alliances

Palo Alto, Calif. – May 24, 2007 – Blue Vector, a leading platform provider for RFID automation systems, today announced the appointment of Ed Wodarski as its Vice President of Alliances. In keeping with Blue Vector’s emphasis on partner channels in 2007, Ed will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence among consultants, systems integrators, and strategic partners in key vertical markets.

With more than 25 years of experience in optimizing supply chain performance for companies like Xerox and Nortel, Ed comes to Blue Vector most recently from Accenture. As a Senior Executive at Accenture, Ed focused on broadening existing relationships with strategic partners and identifying new partners with complementary, emerging technologies. Similarly at Blue Vector, Ed will be responsible for coordinating sales efforts between Blue Vector and its network of joint-solution providers, value-added resellers, consultants, and system integrators.

“I am excited to bring my experiences in expanding and broadening strategic partnerships to Blue Vector,” said Wodarski. “As Blue Vector continues to partner with leading solution partners, we will together be able to offer a truly comprehensive combination of products and services. This is an exciting time of rapid growth for the company and I’m proud to be a part of its next stage.”

Ed will be based out of Blue Vector’s East Coast sales and professional services office in Rochester, New York.

“Ed’s supply chain optimization experience and success in previous positions will benefit Blue Vector as we continue to gain momentum within vertical markets. Our relationships with consulting and integration firms are increasingly important as our customers turn their attention to large scale deployment issues and the need for continuous local support. Our partners are on the forefront of assisting in the transition from pilot projects to more integrated, mission-critical RFID systems,” said Nancy Anderson, CEO of Blue Vector.
